Terminals fail and accidents happen.  Spills, power surges, accidental breaks, hardware malfunctions…there’s an endless list of technical difficulties that can befall a merchant’s equipment.  When hardware fails, merchants are unable to process payments and business suffers as a result.

The Plans

ARP offers two care plans based on your needs:

>    Premium Care Plan – covers next day replacement of your device due to any items covered by standard manufacturer warranty and accidental damages, including drops, spills, and power surges.

>    Basic Care Plan – covers next day replacement of your device due to normal items covered by the standard manufacturer warranty.

This program protects your hardware from the beginning.  You can keep business on track with little to no disruption.  All it takes is one phone call and we take care of the rest.

TASQ now offers a swap program to Bulk Equipment Sales customers. For a low cost you receive a like terminal shipped overnight to your merchant with a call tag enclosed in the box. Your merchant can then ship the defective terminal back to TASQ. There is no waiting and business impact is kept at a minimum for both you and the merchant.

Don’t worry about maintaining a swap pool or waiting for a terminal to come back repaired. Get your merchants up and running the next day. Let TASQ worry about the defective terminal. Please note that injection fees are not included and this offer is currently only available to NET customers.
