How do I send back my equipment for repair or injection services?

When sending product to TASQ for injection or repair services, please make sure you obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number from your sales representative or relationship manager prior to shipping the device (s) to TASQ. If your package is not clearly identified with the RA number written boldly on the outside of the box, the service you require may be delayed. All products need to be labeled and shipped with the following address: TASQ Technology, 8875 Washington Blvd. Roseville, CA, 95678, Ra#_ _ _ _ . Please do not ship via USPS Mail.

How can I provide equipment supplies to my merchants? Do you have a supply program that I can take advantage of?

Through our supply program, TASQ can drop ship rolls of paper, ribbons or sales drafts directly to your merchant on your behalf. Our program allows your merchants to order their supplies directly and at the end of the month we'll share the revenue with you. Simply place your order(s) directly with your sales rep or through the TASQWebSM online system. Call your sales representative or relationship manager for more details.

What if I receive a subsequent call tag letter and have already returned my equipment?

If you receive a second/third letter asking you to return defective equipment back to TASQ, but you have already utilized the first ARS label provided in the first request letter, chances are the original inbound package and the subsequent requests have passed in the mail. As long as you have followed the directions on the first letter and sent back your defective equipment, you can disregard the second/third request letter. If you have questions, please contact your merchant service provider.
